“Hello there, I'm Liz Kohout, along with my partner Capt. Bob founders of Florida Keys Villas, and We’d like to welcome you to our little slice of paradise. 

Capt. Bob and I are not only experts in hospitality but are also locals and lovers of the Florida Keys. We’ve put together vacation rentals we believe are truly special. 

We've poured our hearts into designing the perfect vacation rentals in Marathon, FL, and Key Colony Beach. From my personal travels, I know the little things matter, so we've considered every detail. We want you to feel like you're stepping into a home that's been prepared just for you.

Each year, Bob and I strive to make our properties even better. This year, we're introducing a wonderful playground for the little ones and a commercial-grade ice machine for those who love to fish. And for those who fancy themselves chefs. We've stocked our kitchens as if they were our own, ready for your culinary exploits. 

We understand the importance of space during your vacation, so we've made sure our villas are generously sized, with 5 to 6 bedrooms, perfect for large families or groups of friends looking to create beautiful memories together.

Every single one of our vacation rentals boasts the same top-tier amenities: waterfront views, private pools, boat docks, hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, Tiki huts, and even pool tables. They are all conveniently located, like on Sombrero Beach Road, just a short walk to the beach, or right across from the Golf Course in Key Colony Beach. For those traveling with babies, we've got you covered. We provide baby furniture, cribs, dishes, cups, and Pac-n-plays, so you can pack light and travel with ease.

Boat Rental for Guests Only!

We also offer a private Boat Lease with our beautiful 27’ World Catamaran Boat great for fishing and boating. We only book our boat when you rent one of our vacation rentals. Our boat is not available to the public and our charter rates are very competitive with other local boat rentals in the Keys. Give us a call once you book with us and we can discuss our fishing charter service of if you and your whole family would love to just go boating in the Keys!
